Background & Experience
Dr. Jewel completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at The University of Melbourne following a Bachelor of Science (Life Sciences) with Highest Distinction from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
Experience & Philosophy
Having trained across both metropolitan and rural Victoria, Australia, Dr. Jewel gained experience caring for patients of all ages in public and private dental settings. During her training, she was recognised with formal compliments from patients for her approachable manner and dedication to patient care.
Dr. Jewel enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and values the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with her patients. She takes the time to listen, understand concerns, and work together with patients to achieve their oral health goals. She is particularly passionate about helping anxious patients feel at ease and breaking the cycle of dental fear that can prevent people from seeking treatment. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Dr. Jewel strives to make every dental visit a positive experience.
Beyond the Clinic
In her downtime, Dr. Jewel enjoys travelling, exploring nature through quiet hikes, and spending quality time with loved ones. A former competitive archer, the focus, patience, and attention to detail developed through archery continue to influence both personal and professional life today.
